What we collect
Only the data you enter in the enquiry form: full name and email, and optionally phone, country, profile, project of interest, preferred contact, how you found us and your message. We do not collect browsing data for profiling.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, send you the material you request (for example the private dossier) and handle any negotiation. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). We do not send newsletters or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it is kept and for how long
Enquiries are stored in a database run by Supabase, with servers in the European Union (Frankfurt), acting as data processor. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to studio@bonomelliestate.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are hosted on the site itself and are not loaded from external servers.
The site only remembers your chosen language (Italian or English) in your browser's local storage. This technical setting is never sent anywhere and can be cleared from your browser settings, so no consent banner is required.
